Who is Eligible?

Students over 18 enrolled in a community college in the state of Washington with a GPA of 2.5 and who have completed at least one full-time quarter.

Students must have Spanish 101 or equiavalent and be accepted for admission by one of the sponsoring colleges.

Students must maintain a full-time academic course load of a minimum of 12 units from the range of courses offered.
