| What is Included?
Academic program of courses taught by Oregon International Education Consortium faculty
- Orientation programme in Paris, consisting of a meeting with AIFS staff, student information and handbook, welcome reception and half-day sightseeing tour of Paris
- Social and cultural program. A weekly social and cultural programme (such as trips to museums, historical/cultural sites, walking tours, concerts, ballet, & cheese and wine evening)
- Meals included: Daily continental breakfast and three evening meals a week are provided, with access to the kitchen on other evenings
- Housing in single rooms in a French homestay, no more than 30 minutes commute to the study centre
- Carte Orange travel pass for use on Metro, buses and RER in the central travel zone
- French language, Life and Culture Course (Including two hours a week of “survival French”, and two hours a week of guest lectures/field trips on French society and culture)
- Day trip to Chartres with a guided tour of the famous cathedral
- Access to the AIFS Student Services Office in Paris providing on site student information and support from experienced, full time AIFS Staff
- Medical and program fee refund, insurance policies
- Transatlantic flights Portland to Paris with transfers to the accommodation in Paris
- Optional housing in twin bedded studios (additional supplement of $400)
- Optional weekend excursion to the Loire Valley
