The Matching Process
After carefully considering your requirements, your Account Representative will send you applications to review. When matching an applicant, the following criteria are taken into consideration:

• Skills
• Age
• Date of availability
• Suitability for the position
  

Reviewing an application
From November to May, applications are released to you for exclusive consideration for a period of five business days. In fairness to our applicants, we ask for your prompt consideration. During the hectic months of May and June, we ask you review applications immediately and respond within 24 hours.

Every time your Account Representative proposes an applicant to you, an email is sent to you with a link to our website. Simply login to view the application. You can also look through our pool of applicants by using the search engine to sort participants by nationality, gender, age, and skills. Please visit: https://orca.aifs.com/caonline

Accepting an Applicant
Once you decide to accept an applicant you may make your selection directly online or contact your Account Representative by phone or e-mail. We will need the start date and the finish date in order to process the placement.
