LET US KNOW YOUR NEEDS
If you have not done so already, call us to set up your account and begin the staffing process online. Simply call Nicole Carpenter at (800) 727-8233 or email her at ncarpenter@aifs.com. If you prefer, complete the Staff Requirement Estimate (SRE) , and mail it to us or fax us at (203) 399-5463 and we will contact you.

YOUR REQUEST RECEIVES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
One of our placement staff will immediately review your requirements and become your personal Account Representative. Your needs are updated and tracked on a regular basis.

REVIEW APPLICATIONS
Hundreds of applications are received from our overseas offices each week. We will regularly review and select applications for you as soon as candidates apply who meet your requirements. Applications are held for your exclusive consideration and are posted on your Resort America account website or sent to you via fax. You also have the option of selecting them directly by browsing our available applicant pool.

MAKE YOUR SELECTION
You make the final hiring decision. Simply select your participants online or call us with your employment dates and arrival preferences. We will then inform your new international staff of their placement information. You may begin your pre-arrival correspondence with your staff right away.

ON-GOING COMMUNICATION
As the recruiting season progresses, we will stay in touch for any further needs you may have or assistance you may require. And we encourage you to create and continue ongoing correspondence with your international staff via camp brochures and policies.

Administrator's Handbook
This handbook gives complete details on program components such as flights, insurance and program support as well as tips on successful management of international staff.

Participant Handbook/Newsletters
We will provide you with the same material our participants receive to ensure that you are properly informed.

Online Access to Your Account
You can check on the status of your account and access information such as flight arrival times and staff contact details.
