No matter what type of camp you operate, Camp America can provide qualified staff to meet your needs. Applicants are specifically screened for their suitability for every camp environment.

GIRL SCOUT
International scouts apply to the program from all over the world. Camp America is the perfect way to bring diversity to your camp while filling important unit leader, counselor, specialist and support staff positions. We work closely with GSUSA to ensure that all aspects of the program comply with requirements at the national level.

PRIVATE/INDEPENDENT
Whether you offer a traditional or specialized program, you can find high caliber counselors with Camp America. We are a great resource for those hard-to-fill specialist, kitchen and maintenance positions.

AGENCY
Camp America has developed strong relationships with agencies such as the YMCA, Campfire, Boys and Girls Clubs, 4-H and many others. Organizations such as the YMHA, URJ and JCC make extensive use of our services. Many applicants have experience with disadvantaged children. Each year, hundreds of agency-affiliated camps find Camp America staff with just the right backgrounds to suit their needs.

SPECIAL NEEDS
Applications are specially designed to give insight into experience with mentally and physically challenged children and adults. We also provide applicants who are suitable for camps with learning disabled campers. Applicants are given the opportunity to apply specifically for this type of experience, and many have already entered the caring field in their home countries.

CHRISTIAN
Camp America makes it easy to assess an applicant’s Christian commitment, ability to conduct devotions and Bible study skills. Every year we match many participants with church, interdenominational and Salvation Army camps.
